Declaration

I – The High Council of Governors of France is the Supreme Masonic Commission of the French Grand Masonic Lodge of Tradition, Independent and Sovereign Regular Masonic Power.

II – The High Council of Governors of France is responsible for forming and governing the Grand French Masonic Lodge of Tradition, just as the Obediences and all the Lodges in the world under control are.

III – The High Council of Governors of France is recognized as a Regular Masonic Corps by the International Confederation of Grand Lodges, which issued it with a regular chart at the time of its constitution, as well as by several Masonic Powers around the world.

IV – The High Council of Governors of France is world-renowned to develop the spirit of the old Freemasonry tradition.

V – The members who make up the High Council of Governors of France are all former Venerable Masters who have served as Grand Officer.

VI – The High Council of Governors of France consists of all the Grand Officers of the Nationals and the Grand Masters of the Governors, past or in office. The High
Council of Governors of France is presided over by the Grand Master of the Order or in his absence by the Deputy Grand Master or by a Grand Officer appointed for this purpose.

VII – The High Council of Governors of France is responsible for defending the interests of the Masonic organizations under its control.

VIII – The High Council of Governors of France cultivates fraternal love between all the Free Masons of the world and mainly between the members who make up the organizations it controls or is in charge of.

IX – As a Regular Masonic Corps, the High Council of Governors of France prohibits its members from joining a Masonic Power not recognized by our Order.

X – The list of members of the High Council of Governors of France is published on our website or on a website of a Masonic Power recognized by our Order.
